The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your assistance in solving a criminal damage to property report. Sometime between April 23 at 7:00 p.m. and April 24 at 10:00 p.m., someone damaged and entered a building located at 315 Spring Street in Quincy . Several windows were broken and it appeared that a fire extinguisher was discharged inside the building. Items were also scattered around inside the building.

CRIME OF THE WEEK FOR APRIL 12, 2010
The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your assistance in getting information on an arson. At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, an older model house boat that was on a trailer was found to be on fire in the 1100 block of Bonansinga Drive. The boat sustained extensive damage. Witnesses reported that juveniles had been in the area prior to the fire.

CRIME OF THE WEEK FOR MARCH 8, 2010
The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your assistance in solving a burglary to a garage that occurred in the 2100 block of Frese Drive in Quincy . Sometime during the overnight hours between February 13 and 14th , someone entered a garage and took several items. Taken in the burglary was an air compressor, nail gun, a toolbox and tools, and a Craftsman cordless drill. Estimated loss was $450.00.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your assistance in getting information on a possible arson that occurred in Quincy . On February 7th at approximately 5:30 a.m., the police and fire departments were dispatched to a business located in the 800 block of Ohio for a truck fire. It is believed that this fire was intentionally set.
CRIME OF THE WEEK FOR FEBRUARY 1, 2010
The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your assistance in solving a vehicle burglary that occurred at Area Disposal at 2619 Spring Lake Road. During the weekend of 1/16/10, multiple garbage trucks were entered and equipment was taken from the trucks. Stolen in this burglary included CB radios, butane torches, fire extinguishers, and heavy-duty yellow extension cords.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving a vehicle burglary. Sometime between December 12th at 9:00 p.m. and December 13th at 9:30 a.m., someone entered a 2004 Pontiac located in the 2300 block of Lind Street in Quincy and took several items. Taken in the burglary was an ipod, a Sony amplifier, and US currency. Total loss in this burglary was over $100.00.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving a burglary. Sometime during the early morning hours of October 10th, someone forcibly entered a building on the K of C grounds, located in the 800 block of South 36th Street in Quincy. Taken in the burglary was a safe containing an undisclosed amount of US currency.
CRIME OF THE WEEK FOR OCTOBER 6, 2009
The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving an aggravated battery report. Two men were battered in the 2300 block of Vermont on October 1st at approximately 2:45 a.m. A carload of 5 or 6 males yelled something at the men who were walking. When they approached the car, several people from inside the vehicle jumped out and attacked both of the men. Both of the men had injuries.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers need your help in solving a theft report. Sometime between the dates of September 3rd, and September 11th, unknown person(s) took 8 cylinder heads from a semi-tractor trailer parked in the 3800 block area of Pump House Road . Each cylinder head weighs between 400 and 500 lbs. The cylinder heads are worth approximately $40,000.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving a burglary to a residence that occurred between August 25 at 7:00 p.m. and August 26th at 1:30 p.m. in the 1800 Block of Spruce Street in Quincy. Someone entered a residence and took Rugar model 1045 firearm, a Rugar model P89 model firearm, 2 - 15 round 9mm magazines, 2 - 10 round .22 caliber magazines, 1 - 10 round 9 mm magazine. Also taken in the burglary was an undisclosed amount of US currency. Total loss in the burglary was approximately $900.00.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers need your help in solving a theft report. A 4-wheeler was stolen from the 800 block of north Main Street in Camp Point during the early part of July. The 4-wheeler is a 2005 Polaris that is blue in color and is valued at more than $3000. Nothing else was taken from the garage.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers need your help in solving numerous criminal damage reports filed with the Adams County Sheriff's Department. During the early morning hours on Sunday July 19th , 2009, there were approximately 10 mailboxes damaged in the area of the 6500 block of Columbus Road . Some of the mailboxes were struck by a vehicle others were hit by unknown objects causing damage to the mailbox.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers need your help in solving a theft report. Sometime on the date of May 8, 2009, unknown subject(s) stole the seat and battery from a Craftsman LT1000 riding Lawn tractor that was parked at a residence located in the Clayton area. Subject(s) also damaged a mailbox at the residence and stole a paper box located on a steel fence post.

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers need your help in solving a theft report. Sometime between the dates of April 3rd and April 8th, 2009 an Echo Chainsaw valued at more than $300 was taken from the area 7000 Ellington Road . The Chainsaw was taken out of a Storage shed located on the property.

Sometime during the overnight hours on Friday March 6th and the early morning hours of Saturday March 7th, 2009, a Pepsi machine located in Fowler was stolen. The soda machine was located near storage-shed units when it was taken. The Pepsi machine and the coin mechanism to replace are valued at more than $2000. |
